DEPARTMENT OF CHEMISTRY



The Department of Chemistry offers a program leading to the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Chemistry, with research and training opportunities in organic, inorganic, and physical chemistry, and in chemical biology. An interdepartmental Ph.D. program in all chemistry divisions are also available.

Science in the 21st century is rich with opportunity and challenge. The entering graduate student at Yildiz Technical Universty can thrive at the frontiers of research in the chemical and life sciences by building both strong interpersonal connections between our students and faculty, and effective bridges between disciplines.
